Meet the Staff of Richland Church

Our Pastor, the Reverend Kent Moorlach, has been the Pastor of Richland ARP since April, 2013.  
​Kent has been ministering since the 80's as a youth minister, camp director, christian education director, missions coordinator, associate pastor, and church planter.  Kent earned his Masters of Arts in Theology from Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada, Ca.;  and his MDiv. from San Francisco Theological Seminary (southern California campus).  Kent was ordained with the ARP in 2004 where he first served two churches in Orange County, California. He and Stephanie are now blessed to live in Millington with their five children.

Susan Cavin is our Music Director.  She has been married to retired ARP Minister, Rev. Dr. Meredith Cavin for 50 years. Susan is a graduate of Converse College, with a BA in Music Education and Vocal Performance, with Minor in Piano Performance.  Susan also has taken related classes in Religious Education, including a Masters studies in Divinity at Erskine Seminary, and in Elementary Ed and Music Ed from Converse College Conservatory of Music.  Although she is a retired music educator, she provides accompaniment and direction for our music ministry.
Our Session of Elders.  Together with our Deacons (who with our Elders are all volunteers and elected by the congregation), serve as the Officers of our church.
