"Policy For Use of Memorial Hall"
1. Smoking and alcohol consumption is not allowed in the Memorial Hall. 2. The kitchen is available as a "set-up" room, and without prior permission, none of the dishes, stoves, ovens, silverware, cooking utensils, dish towels, pantry & cupboard items, or any church supplies can be used. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and ice-maker may be used with care. 3. The use of Memorial Hall includes the bathrooms in the hallway across from the kitchen, the kitchen, and the main dining room. No other rooms or parts of the church may be used without prior permission. 4. Children must be overseen at all times to ensure that they do not wander into places that are off limits. 5. Our dining room tablecloths should not be removed for any function without permission. 6. All decorations for a function should be ones that do not mar, scratch, or puncture walls or furniture. All decorations should be removed after the function unless prior arrangements have been made. All tables are to be returned to their original places with 6 chairs around each table. all table tops should be cleaned with soap and water washcloths (no window cleaning products, please!). 7. At the event's conclusion, please vacuum and sweep all areas of use, including restrooms. Please discard all waste into the large trash cans in the hall. The large trash containers may be emptied at the outside trash container if they are rolled out (please do not carry filled plastic trash liners through the premise). The facility should be left in the condition in which it was first accessed. 8. Those using the Memorial Hall agree to be financially responsible for any damage that occurs to the premise or the property thereof. 9. Before departing, please turn off all lighting in the hall and adjust the HVAC system to appropriately seasonal temperatures for a vacant room. 10. The pastor is not authorized to give permission for last minute requests that have not been addressed by this form and this agreement. 11. For Richland Church Members: We do not charge a fee for our facilities, but we kindly ask you to consider any contributions that help offset operating expenses. Thank you! |
